How We Started

1955-2018

Cody McGrath’s journey in construction began at an early age as an apprentice to his father, Tim McGrath. From his earliest memories, he worked alongside his dad, gaining hands-on experience in roofing, plumbing, electrical work, room additions, and custom home builds. His dedication to the trade led him to further his education, earning his AHIT (American Home Inspections Training) certification and attending trade expos to stay ahead of industry advancements.

With years of experience and a deep understanding of construction, Cody works closely with subcontractors, ensuring that only the highest-quality methods and materials are used. His high expectations and extensive knowledge set the standard for every project, earning the respect of those who work for him.

Despite his years in the industry, Cody remains passionate about every aspect of the construction process. However, what he values most are the lasting relationships he has built—many former clients have become some of his closest friends, a testament to his integrity, dedication, and commitment to excellence.

Dillon McGrath grew up in the construction industry, working alongside his father, Tim McGrath, from an early age. As an apprentice, he gained hands-on experience in electrical work, room additions, and custom home builds. These formative years instilled in him a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a deep appreciation for quality craftsmanship.

After building a career in the surgical medical field, Dillon has returned to TEMC, bringing with him a unique perspective and a strong ability to manage complex projects and client relationships. As Customer Relations Manager, he ensures every client feels heard, valued, and confident throughout the construction process. His background in problem-solving, coordination, and high-pressure decision-making makes him an invaluable asset to the TEMC team.

While construction has always been in his blood, Dillon’s greatest passion is connecting with people. He takes pride in continuing his father’s legacy, building not just high-quality projects, but also lasting relationships with clients, partners, and the community.

Danny Hernandez brings extensive experience in both technology and construction to his role at TEMC. A Marine Corps veteran, he has a strong background in networking, low-voltage systems, and technology integration. Over his career, he has worked for several software companies and spent ten years at an electronics company, where he served as Director of Technology and Global Installations Manager, overseeing electronics integration and construction project management worldwide.

Danny’s passion for construction began early, learning from his grandfather and father while working on remodels and home additions. His ability to blend hands-on building experience with advanced technical expertise allows him to implement innovative solutions that enhance efficiency and precision.

At TEMC, Danny leads technology-driven initiatives, streamlining operations and integrating cutting-edge systems to keep the company at the forefront of the industry. His leadership ensures that every project benefits from both modern advancements and time-tested craftsmanship.

Xeva is the heart and soul of TEMC—when she’s not napping on the job. As the official company dog and inspiration behind our logo, she takes her role seriously, providing top-tier tail wags, site supervision, and the occasional stolen lunch. Whether boosting team morale or inspecting job sites (for treats, of course), Xeva ensures TEMC runs with loyalty, enthusiasm, and just the right amount of mischief.
