How We Started

Timothy E. McGrath

1955-2018

TEMC (T.E. McGrath Contracting) was founded 40 years ago by Timothy E. McGrath as a small general contracting business focused on repairs. Through dedication, skill, and craftsmanship, Tim expanded his work to include full remodels, room additions, and eventually custom home builds. His commitment to quality and integrity built the foundation of our company.
In February 2018, after a brief battle with cancer, Tim passed away, leaving behind a legacy of excellence. His son, Cody, took over the family business, adding the LLC and expanding our services to include concrete and roofing projects. Today, TEMC continues to honor Tim’s vision by delivering top-quality workmanship on every job, no matter the size. We take pride in our craft and remain dedicated to bringing the best to every project we undertake.
